Graduation Ceremonies:

NOTE: HomeLife Academy does not offer Graduation Ceremonies for a couple of reasons:
1) Our students are scattered throughout the US and other countries, so they usually have their own ceremonies at their own home or church with family and friends.
2) In areas where there are many HLA families, such as TN and FL, the state or local homeschool associations and support groups usually organize the graduation ceremonies. Please contact your local homeschool Support Group for more information.

If your student will be participating in a formal homeschool ceremony:
  • You must request his/her diploma at least two to three weeks prior to the ceremony.
  • Refer to Diploma Information for instructions on how to order the diploma.
  • All final grades must be entered, even if the courses have not been completed (dual enrollment courses, for example).
  • If the final grade is different, it can be changed at the completion of the course.

  • Class Rings rings may be obtained by ordering online from here, or from Walmart, or from a photographer who offers Senior Pictures. The HLA mascot is the eagle and our colors are blue, maroon, and gold.
  • HLA t-shirts with our Eagle logo can be purchased from our store.  
  • Cap and gown, to wear in a home or church graduation ceremony, can be inexpensively purchased here or from HSLDA.
